Every year Jon and I try to walk in memory of my mom at the South Jersey Heart Walk. It is a fun filled day and it means a lot to me to do something for her and others like her. This year Jake will be walking with us and we wanted to invite all of you too. Join our team and help to raise funds for heart disease!!
